BURRATA
Fresh Burrata served with Tuna Tartar, smoked olive oil and fried basil.
Simply cut in small dices some fresh Ahi Tuna, dress it with Evoo, salt, pepper, ‘Colatura di Alici, lemon zest, fresh mint, fresh oregano and fresh basil.
Paired with a Negroni Bianco.
1 OZ CINQUE BIANCO
1 OZ ETESIA GIN
1 OZ BELLIZZI MINA’ VINO AMARO BIANCO
Stir all the ingredients for 20-25 seconds, serve up with an orange twist.
