3/4 oz. Don Ciccio & Figli Karkadé
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Maraschino
Stir and serve up with a thyme sprig or lemon twist

1 oz. Etesia Gin
1 oz. Finocchietto
0.25 oz. Lemon Juice
Top off with soda for cucumber sparkling water
Build in a tall glass with ice, serve up with a cucumber slice
